The Most Eagerly Anticipated Birth Since Jesus

Not that I would ever follow celebrity news, and particularly not that of Brad Pitt who at one point I’m sure had planned to marry me before I found and fell madly in love with W…. but I just really got a kick out of the funny little quote about the impending arrival of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s baby which one New York magazine (I didn’t try to hunt down which one) noted is the most eagerly anticipated birth since Jesus. Wonder if Suri Cruise will be hurt by that? But doesn’t such a quote just strike your funny bone? It did mine. But seriously, even though I think movie stars are overpaid and spoiled, that would really not be fun to be pestered and followed all the time like Mr. Pitt and Ms. Jolie, or Britney Spears or all those other famous people the camara people are always chasing. And, can I just say, while we are at it, that I somehow managed to come across some other celebrity gossip (this stuff just falls in your lap) about Paris Hilton and she seriously seems to be one of the least nice, least worthy, most spoiled celebrities ever. I mean, what is she even a celebrity of? Has she ever done anything? I really don’t like her. Or at least I wouldn’t if I thought it was worth using my not-liking energy toward a celebrity, which I don’t. That is my fluffy post of the month. No more celebrity stuff. Unless of course the Pitt Jolie baby is born and there is something URGENT to report about it…..
