		<description>I advise the minister against carrying on any sort of romantic relationship with a member.  If she does engaged in a relationship with him, I think he ought not to attend services at all.  Romantic relationships between members of the laity can be destructive enough to the health of a church.  Then again, there is a tradition of ministers, particularly male ministers, who sought and obtained wives from within their congregations.  It&#039;s just a potentially dangerous proposition all the way round and one that can create an immense amount of drama.</description>
